Nuestra “Bibliotecario de Auschwitz”, basada en la novela de Antonio Iturbe, dibujado por Loreto y adaptada por mi, ha ganado el premio en la categoría de “Mejor Narrativa Histórica” de la última primera edición de los premios JewCE, que tuvo lugar en el Center for Jewish History de Nueva York.

Nos sentimos muy honrados y agradecidos por haber sido premiados y nos emociona ver nuestros nombres entre tantos artistas de talento. Esperamos contribuir con nuestro libro a que se conozca mejor la historia del Holocausto, especialmente entre las generaciones más jóvenes, para que nunca vuelva a ocurrir algo parecido.

Our “Librarian of Auschwitz”, based on the novel by Antonio Iturbe, drawn by Loreto and adapted by yours truly, has been nominated in the “Historical Narrative” category of the upcoming first edition of the JewCE awards, which will take place in the Center for Jewish History in New York.

We are extremely honored and thankful for having been nominated and we are thrilled to see our names among so many talented artists. We hope with our book we will contribute to make the history of the Holocaust better known, specially among the younger generations, so that anything like it will never happen again.
